What to wear: This is a lecture/discussion class. We won’t be doing any hands-on activities. Dress comfortably (no need to dress for flexibility). If you have already had your baby, you are welcome to practice the breastfeeding positions.
What to bring: Bring a baby doll or teddy bear to practice positions in. Note: This class does not demonstrate how to use a pump or do flange fitting.
