Getting through birth takes a lot of effort physically and mentally. One way you can build up your stamina is through positive affirmations. As Christians, we can also use scripture and faith-based assurances. Print these and flip through them as you prepare for birth. Hang them in your birth space. Lay them on the table. Have your husband and doula speak these truths to you.

Each set
I created a set of bible verses for birth encouragement, faith-based assurances, and general birth affirmations that are Christian-friendly. Each set has the same words. There are different themes. The words are the same in each set. Pick whatever theme makes you smile the most.

Each set of digital downloads contains the encouragement from the blogs above. This has been a long project of mine, and I'm excited to share it. Years ago, I started making a list of scriptures for birth and then I added faith-based statements so we can speak truth over ourselves. Then I decided to make this a real project. I took my daily bible reading schedule for the entire year and wrote down every single verse that I found encouraging for birth. I thought about this project daily. I spent months writing faith-based assurances and Christian-friendly birth affirmations. These blogs were literally years of effort. And now, finally, I can share them with you as digital downloads.
Note: I made these myself. They are not made by AI though the graphics I bought from Etsy to put on them were. I typed up every one of these. I made PowerPoint presentations. I carefully selected the graphics to go with each statement. I saved the images in high resolution and meticulously checked each one. You can rest assured these are not quicky AI digital downloads with typos. These are high-quality and a plenteous amount of images in each download.
